Fashion fades, style remains
- Knitwear made of craftsmanship, natural yarns, and attention to detail
- Calatura: a name, an idea, an ambition
- Environmental awareness
The term "Calatura" derives from the technique where the needles of the knitting machine are lowered or scaled down: in this way, the points where the garment needs to be curved, such as the neckline or armhole, come out of the machine already ready to be finished and assembled together. This process ensures that the finished garment has a more refined and harmonious aesthetic appearance, as well as reducing any waste during production.
By naming our collection this way, we want to highlight the idea of giving a modern perspective to a product with a craftsmanship vocation, placing some traditional concepts in a contemporary context, and valuing our place of origin in a global distribution context.
Each of our products aims to provide a tangible representation of the time and care we put into its creation and realization, evident in the design, the choice of yarns, and attention to detail.
